On December 22nd, Mr. Nesbitt, the owner of a drugstore in Harlem, was found dead by a gunshot in his store.
There were two people put on trial for this drugstore robbery, James king and Steve Harmon.
There were several people to testify in court.
However, two people testified that they were in the robbery, Mr. Evans and Mr. Cruz.
Mr. Delgado testified because he found Mr. Nesbitt’s body.
Mrs. Henry went on trial because she said she remembered seeing Mr. King in the drugstore.
In the end, the juries found a resolution.
James King was proven guilty.
Steve Harmon was proven not guilty.
Now Steve Harmon can continue to write his movie outside of jail.
